• We do NOT guarantee the accuracy of supplier information or rates
• We do NOT provide investment advice or recommendations about specific suppliers
• We do NOT guarantee uninterrupted website service or error-free content
• Information provided is for general guidance only and may change without notice

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENERGY GAS CONSULTANTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any contract is between you and the supplier, and governed by their terms
• We are not responsible for the supplier's services, rates, billing, or conduct

• We are not responsible for supplier business practices or compliance

We may receive compensation or referral fees from suppliers. This does not affect our referral recommendations.
